All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location.
Netherlands:
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.
Other European countries:
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a free shipping promotion is active.
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
